Subprocessors

A subprocessor is any third-party company that Propogen engages to process customer data as part of delivering the platform. We are committed to transparency about every service that may have access to your data or your clients' data.

Core Infrastructure

These services process data for all Propogen workspaces as part of the platform's core operation.

Payment Processors

These services process payment data. Propogen does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

User-Connected Integrations

These services are only activated when a workspace owner explicitly connects them. If you have not connected an integration, that provider does not receive your data. You can disconnect integrations at any time from your workspace settings.

Changes to this list. We will update this page when we add, remove, or significantly change a subprocessor. If you have contracted with us and wish to be notified of changes, please contact privacy@propogen.com.

Data Processing Agreements. Propogen maintains data processing agreements with its core infrastructure and payment subprocessors that restrict them from using your data for any purpose other than providing their services to us. If you require a DPA with Propogen directly, contact privacy@propogen.com.
