Propogen offers subscription-based access to its platform for agencies, freelancers, and service businesses. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund, and when you cannot. By subscribing to Propogen, you agree to the terms of this policy.
If you are a first-time paying subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This applies to your first subscription payment only — whether monthly or annual.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
Outside of the 7-day first-payment window, we do not issue refunds in the following situations:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
All payments are processed through Dodo Payments. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Propogen does not store your full card details. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Propogen may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests outside of the above policy in exceptional circumstances — for example, if a technical error on our end caused a double charge. If you believe you have a valid exceptional case, contact us at support@propogen.com and we will review it.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Where applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide stronger refund rights than those stated here, those rights are not limited by this policy.
