Why we built this
Most agencies piece together a dozen different apps — a CRM for leads, Notion for projects, Google Docs for proposals, DocuSign for signatures, another tool for invoices, and a spreadsheet holding it all together. Data lives in silos. Nothing talks to anything else.
Propogen was built around one idea: when you win a lead, that should already know about your proposal. When a proposal is accepted, your project and invoice should be one click away — not a copy-paste exercise. When a client pays, your dashboard should reflect it. The whole pipeline, connected.

The builder
Propogen is built by a solo founder. Not a team of fifty, not a venture-backed startup with a marketing department. One person who got tired of watching agencies — including their own — spend more time managing tools than serving clients.
That constraint shapes every decision. There's no bloat, no feature for the sake of a pricing tier, no committee approval needed to fix something. When you report a bug, the person who built that feature reads your message.
The goal is simple: build a platform good enough that a freelancer or a ten-person agency can replace their entire tool stack with one thing, and spend the time they save on actual client work.
What we're building toward
Propogen is in invite-only beta. We're onboarding agencies and freelancers carefully, learning what matters, and building toward a platform that handles the full weight of running a client business — without the complexity that comes with it.
